Working here

What working here looks like

We are an installation company based in Poznań. 42 people work here: 9 installation crews, a service department with 5 vans, a design engineer, a commercial department and the office. The company was founded in 2008 by two tradesmen who spent years fitting boilers and air conditioning themselves, and that still shows in how the work is organised.

Crews. An installation crew is usually two or three fitters plus a crew leader. Crews stay together, so you work with the same people all season. Before the crew goes to site, the office gives the crew leader the documentation, calculations and materials list. Nobody has to work out on the day what the job actually is.

Vans and tools. Every crew and every service technician has a company van, equipped by us: press tools, vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery units, scales, digital gauges, and thermal cameras for the service team. We replace tools when they wear out, not when they fail halfway through a job.

Training and certificates. The company pays for the personal F-gas certificate, including the course and the exam, and for SEP electrical qualifications. Fitters attend training run by the manufacturers whose equipment we install. Since 2024 every crew has been trained on R290 (propane) units, which need a different approach to safety than older refrigerants.

Seasonal workload, honestly. This trade has seasons and we will not pretend otherwise. September to December brings the most heat pump installations and the most service calls, and June and July add air conditioning. In those months there is some overtime and Saturday work, paid in line with the Polish Labour Code. January and February are quieter for installations. That is when we run training, check equipment and take holidays. Pay is fixed all year round. We do not pay per job.

Winter service cover. From October to April the service department runs emergency cover for contract clients, daily 7:00-21:00. Shifts are scheduled in advance and shared out evenly.

How recruitment works

  1. Apply. Send your CV to rekrutacja@example.com or call the office. A short CV with your experience and qualifications is enough. No cover letter needed.
  2. Phone call. We call back within a week. A short conversation about your experience, expectations and availability.
  3. Meeting at our office. You meet the department head and a crew leader or the head of service. For technical roles we show you the workshop and warehouse, and you can show us how you braze or press-fit.
  4. Trial day. For installation roles we offer a paid day on site with one of the crews. Both sides get to see whether it fits.
  5. Decision. We give you an answer within a few days of the meeting, including when it is a no.

Current openings

Open positions are listed below. Most roles require working Polish, since crews and clients speak Polish day to day. If there is no opening for you but you work in heating, refrigeration or ventilation, send us your CV anyway. We usually add people to the crews before the season.
