In the heating season, clients with a service contract get a visit within 48 hours. For "no heating" calls we usually come the same day.
Our team speaks Polish day to day. Several people in the office are comfortable in English, so feel free to write or call in English.

Poznań and the surrounding Poznań county, plus towns within about 80 km: Gniezno, Września, Środa Wielkopolska, Śrem, Kościan, Grodzisk Wielkopolski, Nowy Tomyśl, Szamotuły, Oborniki and Wągrowiec. We take on commercial projects anywhere in Wielkopolska. If your town is not on the list, give us a call. We can often combine a visit with another job nearby.
What happens after you send the form
- Within one working day an advisor calls you back to ask about the building.
- We book a free site visit. It usually takes 45-90 minutes.
- After the visit we prepare the calculations and a quote, usually within 5-7 working days.
If you are replacing an old boiler, have last season's fuel or electricity bills to hand, plus the energy performance certificate or energy audit if you have one.
