Demo website. Bielak & Sowa Instalacje sp. z o.o. is a fictional company. This site exists to demonstrate a content management system. Nothing you type into the forms is sent or stored anywhere, and the addresses, phone numbers and company identifiers shown are invented. The text below shows what a privacy policy for a real installation company could look like.

What data we process
We process the data you give us through the form, by email or by phone: your name, contact details, the address of the building, information about the building and its heating system, and for contracts the details we need to issue an invoice. For subsidy applications we also process the documents you choose to give us to prepare the application. Job applicants send us their CVs.

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry or enter into a contract.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Contract data: for the duration of the contract and warranty, then until the limitation period for claims expires.
- Accounting records: for the period required by tax and accounting law, usually 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose.
- Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw consent.
- CVs: until the recruitment ends, or up to 12 months if you consent to future recruitment.
Who receives the data
Data may be passed to companies that provide services to us and process it on our behalf: our website and email hosting provider, the CRM system where we keep enquiries and service history, and our accounting firm. With your consent or at your request we pass data to the equipment manufacturer to register the warranty, and for subsidy applications to the programme operator or the energy auditor. We disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area unless the service provider offers appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- have your data corrected,
- have your data erased or its processing restricted,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To use any of these rights, email biuro@example.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile clients.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies that it needs to work, for example to remember your language. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, they will only run after you consent in the cookie banner. You can also change cookie settings in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
