About the role

Our commercial department started in 2025 and is run by Michał Dudek. We install HVAC in offices, shops, warehouses and clinics: heat pumps, VRF systems, heat recovery ventilation and simple zone control. A typical project lasts from two weeks to a few months, with a budget between PLN 80,000 and about PLN 1 million.

We're looking for a second project manager to take part of the workload off Michał. Projects reach you already priced and with equipment selected. The design engineer (Paweł Nowicki) sits in the same office, and the installation crews are our own people, not whoever was free that week.

A typical week

  • Monday: project review with Michał, budgets and risks, orders for the next two weeks.
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 2-3 site visits, meetings with main contractors, checking progress and quality. The rest of the time in the office: orders, subcontractors, correspondence.
  • Friday: paperwork, reports, invoicing, schedule updates.

A good share of our work happens in buildings that stay open. We did an accounting office in Jeżyce over weekends and a warehouse in Września in phases without stopping operations. Planning that kind of work and talking to tenants is a big part of this job.

About once a month there's a Saturday site visit. On an employment contract we pay it as overtime.

Recruitment steps

  1. Send your CV to rekrutacja@example.com with the code BS-KP-0926 in the subject. Add 2-3 projects you ran, with rough scale and your role.
  2. Online call with Michał Dudek, about 45 minutes.
  3. Meeting at our Poznań office with Michał Dudek and Tomasz Bielak. We go through one of our finished projects together: what could have been done differently, and why.
  4. Offer within a week, with a specific rate and contract type.
